- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the service time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
