Welcome to BeautiNook. By booking our beauty or hair services — at our salon or through home service in Regency Anantam, Vicco Naka and Dombivli East — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. BeautiNook is operated by Priya Yadav.
2. Services
We offer beauty packages, facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure, hair treatments and related salon services. Service availability, duration and products may vary based on your selection and skin or hair type. Prices listed on our website are indicative; final pricing is confirmed at booking.
3. Appointments & Booking
All appointments are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Please provide accurate address and contact details for home service. We reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances and will inform you promptly.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority. No-show appointments may be charged at our discretion.
5. Hygiene & Safety
We maintain hygienic tools, sanitised setup and premium products for every client. Please inform us of allergies, skin conditions or medical concerns before your appointment so we can recommend suitable services.
6. Payments
Payment terms are shared at the time of booking or completion of service. Package and treatment prices are inclusive as stated on our website unless otherwise communicated.
7. Liability
BeautiNook takes utmost care during all services. However, we are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, pre-existing conditions or non-compliance with after-care advice provided by our team.
8. Privacy
Your contact details and appointment information are used only for service delivery and communication. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
